In rare cases, our production partner may send a defective or incorrect product, and we’re committed to resolving it for you!
Please contact us using the form below within 7 days of receiving your phone case.
- Wrong product? Let us know what you ordered and what you received.
- Misprint issue? Upload a photo and describe the problem (e.g., stretched, blurred, or incorrect colors).
- Fit issues? If the case doesn't fit or buttons don’t work, send a video showing your phone model and the issue.
(Note: Phone cases can separate from the TPU inner and outer layers; this is not grounds for a refund or exchange.)
Once we’ve reviewed your case and confirmed the defect, we’ll send a replacement right away.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Due to our efficient shipping and production process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. However, if you contact us promptly via the form below, we'll do our best to assist you before your order enters fulfillment. Once your package is in production or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. (Please check your email to ensure your order hasn’t been shipped before reaching out.)
As a sustainable business, each case is made to order, helping us reduce overproduction and waste. We appreciate your understanding and support of our sustainability efforts.
Note: Changes can only be made before an order is shipped, and phone cases typically enter production within 24 hours.
